Local fix

  • Before running the upgrade wizard utility, perform the
following steps on Windows OS side:
Go to Control Panel -> Select Region and Language -> In the
window that pops up change the Format from German (or any other
language) to English (United States) -> click OK.
    Now run the upgrade wizard.
The system format can be set back after the wizard has been run.
